By Seán Fitton
True Thomas sat on Huntley Bank
And he beheld a lady gay.
The Ballad of Thomas the Rhymer tells of a minstrel who was taken to the land of Faery for seven years, but what relevance does that have to our lives today?
Join Seán the minstrel and friends in their mystical little cabaret club, as they use song, story, poetry and movement to explore that place where ancient tales meet modern identities.
How can the minstrel, through understanding True Thomas, become a bridge to a sense of self – especially for those of us who are a little ‘different’?
WARNING: Suitable for ages 18+. Adult themes throughout. Occasional strong language.
Admission: Free
