The Other Neville

A one-woman powerhouse of ambition, loss, and legacy.

Imaginatively inspired by England netball legend Tracey Neville, this gripping new play steps into the shadows of success – where gold medals, grief, and game plans quietly collide.

It’s March 2019. Months after leading the Roses to Commonwealth glory, Tracey faces the hardest decision of her life. As she relives a journey from Northern courts to the world stage – player to coach, sister to leader – she wrestles with what it means to win, and what it costs. Told with heart, humour, and a netball, The Other Neville is women’s sport from the inside: the pressure, the power, the personal price. For anyone who’s ever chased the impossible – and kept going.

Ambition. Adversity. And absolutely no apologies.

This is a fictionalised artistic interpretation inspired by publicly known aspects of Tracey Neville’s life and career. Names, events and dialogue have been adapted or created for dramatic purposes. This production is an independent, unaffiliated work and is not endorsed by Tracey Neville or the Neville family.
