SHED

Northern Rascals’ brand-new dance-theatre show uses visual art, spoken word and dance to raise awareness of the mental health issues many young people face

Performed by a cast of four skilled dancers in a pop-up structure, SHED invites its audience to stand outside and look in. Real-life experiences are told in a series of three shorts, each giving a different insight into the stories that make us.

SHED is an engaging, ultimately uplifting, beautifully written and choreographed portrait of confused emotions, love and loss and the essential humanity that resides in us all.

ADMISSION: Pay What You Can.

Pay What You Can is an ‘honesty box’ for the theatre. We and the artists will continue to programme and produce high quality events and ask you to pay what you can afford.

As a guide, for those in full time employment we would appreciate you paying between £8 and £15. We also understand people’s income can be precarious, hence the lower price options. All revenue from ticket sales for events at New Adelphi Theatre will always go back to support professional artists, through residencies, commissions, touring work or for more bespoke projects where the student experience is enhanced through co-creation with arts professionals. We thank you for all your continued support.

Please note all bookings and donations come with a 50p – 75p booking fee.

Please note that all tickets are for unallocated seating.

This show is eligible for New Adelphi Season Ticket use!

Please note: checking the Wheelchair User question will also reserve a free seat for an essential companion.

If you require limited mobility access (step-free), please let a member of staff know upon arrival.
