New Adelphi Theatre
The balance is tipping, and a new equilibrium is impending. In Practicing to be Upright¡, we explore what it means to stay upright in a world that feels like it’s upside down.
This contemporary physical theatre performance, created by the new company Limited Flow, questions how we hold ourselves up and asks: where do you stand when it all comes crashing down?
Starring April Wright, Frankie Corless, Freya Evans, Katie Jackson and Seth Ryan

All revenue from ticket sales for events at New Adelphi Theatre will always go back to support professional artists, through residencies, commissions, touring work or for more bespoke projects where the student experience is enhanced through co-creation with arts professionals. We thank you for all your continued support.
Please note all bookings and donations come with a 50-75p booking fee. All tickets are non-allocated seating.
For students on Performance courses, please check Blackboard for information about ticket discounts.
