National Youth Dance Company / Russell Maliphant

In light of the government’s latest advice for people to avoid non-essential contact, the New Adelphi Theatre will now be closed until further notice.

We understand how disappointed our audiences will be, but the health and wellbeing of our students, staff, audiences and artists is of the utmost importance to us.

If you have any questions please complete our contact form, and a member of the team will respond as soon as possible.

Do not contact Box Office. Please bear with us; we are a small team and will process refunds – or ticket transfers for an alternative date – to patrons as soon as possible.

We’ll be keeping our audiences up to date via our website and social media channels as to when we may be able to reschedule events.

Thank you for your patience and continued support during this difficult time.

For their latest stage work, NYDC collaborate with multi-award-winning choreographer and Sadler’s Wells Associate Artist, Russell Maliphant.

Forty outstanding young dancers present a new contemporary work, celebrating their individual talents and exploring the movement languages embodied within the group to create a dynamic and visually rich journey with a musical score by Dana Fouras and lighting design by Ryan Stafford.

NYDC has established a reputation for producing high-quality, critically acclaimed productions by leading choreographers including Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Sharon Eyal, Damien Jalet, Michael Keegan-Dolan, Akram Khan, Jasmin Vardimon and Botis Seva.

“They are strong, skilful and ready for anything.” – Daily Telegraph (on NYDC)

“Dancing bodies rarely look more beautiful than in the work of Russell Maliphant.” – The Guardian

National Youth Dance Company is supported using public funding by Department for Education and Arts Council England.
